The Yoder Smokers Brasero Firebox Kit brings the tradition of Argentinian Asado to the El Dorado Grill. Asado is both a social gathering and their own brand of low n slow cooking. The Brasero transforms wood or lump charcoal into a steady stream of glowing embers allowing the cook precise control over the fire.

Crafted from 7-gauge steel, the Brasero is built for a lifetime of memorable cooks. Drop it into place, load it with fuel, light it up, and let the embers roll. Use your ash rake to pull coals beneath the grate where and when you need them no flare-ups, no surprises.

The kit includes the Brasero basket, a stainless-steel companion grate and grease tray to complete your cooking surface, and eight stainless skewers that slot neatly into the top of the basket for meats, veggies, and more.

Whether you’re building a coal bed, creating heat zones, or just keeping the fire rolling, the Brasero gives you total command of the cook.
