A classic Mezzaluna with two plastic handles on either end of the blade. Makes quick work of chopping for any salad! Simply place items to be chopped, cut or minced onto a cutting board. Rock the blade side-to-side to chop tender herbs and greens or use a firm up-and-down motion to easily chop larger, more dense items. From roughly chopped onion to finely minced herbs, continuing until desired texture is achieved.
