Mid Century Wall Lamp from Staff according to a design by the Japanese designer Motoko Ishii.

A special element is the screwable glass ball, which protects the lamp and optically enlarge it. The actually small E14 lamp gets the appearance of a globe lamp. The transparent volume gives the whole design a certain lightness. The lamp has a train switch with a heavy metalpin at the end.
