These kits include an 8 (20cm) skillet and a pouch of one of our award winning Parmesan Artichoke Dip. Serve a piping hot baked dip prepared with our tasty blends of Herbs & Spices (included) and topped with a crusty layer of cheese in our 8 (20cm) cast iron skillet. The cast iron will keep the dip hot while being shared and enjoyed.

All you need:
– Parmesan & Artichoke Dip mix (included)
– 125 g (1/2 cup) cream cheese, softened
– 125 g (1/2 cup) freshly grated parmesan cheese
– 125 g (1/2 cup) real mayonnaise
– 1 can 398 ml (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

All you do:
Preheat oven to 350F (180C). In a bowl, combine all ingredients (reserve 1 tbsp parmesan). Transfer to cast iron skillet. Top with reserved parmesan cheese. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until cheese is golden on top.
CAUTION: DISH WILL BE VERY HOT
