This 19th century butter baratte is entirely original, with its original cover, its original hardware store and its cut with cut nails. Examine your fingers and the first nails closely with the original cover. This baratte has an amazing aged and worn surface. Beautiful patina and good condition. Carrying is missing but they are not important and does not detract from the ancient beauty of the baratte.
