The 673rd Security Forces Squadron (SFS) is a component of the Pacific Air Forces (PACAF), part of the United States Air Force (USAF). This unit’s primary role is to provide force protection, law enforcement, and contingency response capabilities for Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH), Hickam Air Force Base, and Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station Pacific (NCTAMS Pac), among other installations in the Hawaiian Islands. The 673rd SFS ensures the safety and security of personnel, facilities, and resources under their charge through various measures such as access control, physical security, emergency response, and counter-intelligence operations. They also support contingency missions within the Indo-Pacific region when required.
