The 380th Air Expeditionary Wing is a United States Air Force unit primarily stationed at KC-135 Stratotanker aircraft operating out of McConnell Air Force Base in Wichita, Kansas. Established in 1942, the wing’s mission includes air refueling, strategic mobility, and global reach, ensuring the U.S. military’s capability to rapidly deploy and sustain forces worldwide.
