The 379th Air Expeditionary Wing (AEW) is a key operational unit within the United States Air Force. This wing, primarily based at Hulbert Field in Missouri, is tasked with providing expeditionary airpower projection and theater-level sustainment support to U.S. military forces and their coalition partners. The 379th AEW’s mission includes conducting joint and combined air and space operations, airlift, close air support, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance, as well as air refueling.
