The 377th Healthcare Operations Squadron (AFGSC) is a United States Air Force unit stationed at Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana. Its primary mission is to provide comprehensive healthcare services for the U.S. Air Force Global Strike Command and its affiliated organizations. This includes medical readiness assessments, patient care, dental care, pharmacy services, mental health support, and laboratory services.
