The 353rd Special Warfare Training Squadron (SWTS) is a unit of the Air Education and Training Command (AETC) within the United States Air Force (USAF). This squadron specializes in providing training for Combat Controllers, Tactical Air Control Party (TACP), Pararescue, and Special Tactics officers. The 353rd SWTS is responsible for preparing these elite airmen to conduct personnel recovery, combat search and rescue, air traffic control, and air-to-ground communication in support of special operations forces. The squadron operates primarily from its home base at Hurlburt Field, Florida.
