The Taos Twist flatware is hand-forged, a process similar to blacksmithing that involves using tongs to hold the pieces over a bed of coals until theyre hot. The flatware is then hammered into shape and polished to a brilliant shine.

Very versatile, great for jams, cream cheese, tapenades.
