From the Restoration period around 1820, in patinated bronze, the belt richly decorated with arcatures in neo-Gothic style presents 2 catches with rams’ heads and frames a terrace with deep channels animated in central part by a cup supported by 2 interlaced dolphins, by 4 pen holders and 2 vases forming an inkwell (glass cups absent) rests on small feet with rosettes, windings and acanthus leaves.
