This frying has a fully encapsulated, impact bonded induction base which ensures fast, even heating – for perfect frying everytime. The comfortable stainless steel handle is riveted to the frying pan and will stay cool when used on the hob (provided flames arent licking up the sides). Made of high quality, robust 18/10 stainless steel.
